About Us

Our olive groves are located within the borders of the Bozdoğan district of Aydın province, on the banks of the 157 km long Akçay River, which stretches between the Kemer Dam and the Büyük Menderes River.

The region geographically has a fragmented and rugged area consisting of mountains, hills and valleys. Although it is not close to the Aegean (Islands) Sea in terms of climate, the Mediterranean climate prevails due to the effect of landforms.

Our garden is in a localization adjacent to Arapapıştı Canyon, which was formed by the geological activity and erosion of the Akçay River over a period of millions of years. The Arapapıştı Canyon, which is approximately six kilometers long and 380 m high in some parts, has an extraordinary natural beauty. Canyon opens to Kemer Dam, the dam is one of the unique values of the region.

The streams, which are the branches of Akçay, deeply carved the surface at the foot of the mountains and a highly developed system of valleys emerged.

This geography, where the Akçay River, the most important stream feeding the Büyük Menderes River, stretches, is also called the "Stork Valley" by the local people. Along the Bozdoğan-Nazilli road line, tens of gigantic stork nests made by storks in a row are striking. The nests that storks, which have a unique skill in making nests, build on electricity poles along the road reveal a visual beauty. Special apparatus built by the electricity distribution company, on the one hand, protects the storks from electric shock, on the other hand, helps them to build their nests easily.
